Let say I want to add 1 property to each existing event and people in mix panel, what do I do?

how to create dynamic cohorts (i.e cohorts of users that will dynamically update as time goes by)? I dont see any dynamic sync option here, I'm asking because I need to create a dynamic sync export to clevertap, which wont work if cohort does not automatically update
