Issue with Accessing Session Replays: Need Assistance

Hi Everyone glad to be here, I have a question regarding the session replays, the option to watch the replays was not available, but then I was able to see it, now this option is gone again. Can someone help me? To make it clear the sessions are indeed getting recorded and i can see the recording checkpoints, and I was also able to see the session recordings before. P.S I have tried all the different entry points from where you can watch the replays, none of them are available I came through this post: https://community.mixpanel.com/x/questions/hqqxo3nz6xs5/struggling-to-find-session-replay-recordings-in-mi

    from the articles above, seems like i need to switch to new plan

    Hi Rabi! Julianne from Mixpanel Support here. You are correct- you do need to be on the latest plans in order to access session replays. You can make the switch to our latest plans directly from the pricing page. If you're not sure if you are on the latest plan or not, feel free to submit a ticket here directly to Support. That way we can look into the specific plan that your organization is on.Â
