Issue with Accessing Session Replays: Need Assistance

Hi Everyone glad to be here, I have a question regarding the session replays, the option to watch the replays was not available, but then I was able to see it, now this option is gone again. Can someone help me? To make it clear the sessions are indeed getting recorded and i can see the recording checkpoints, and I was also able to see the session recordings before.
