Troubleshooting November 2024 Customer Payment Data Export Issues

Hi – we are trying to get our customer payment data for November 2024 only. However, when we apply the relevant filters, we are getting incomplete data as the data is truncated (cut short) when we export to CSV to 50,000 lines. We understand that the truncation is important for speed. However, why this is an issue is that the filter for November 2024 doesn’t seem to be working; we are getting all the months from January 2024 to March 2025. The filter not working is generating extra data that is leading to too many rows > 50,000, with the result being that it then cuts out relevant November data. These extra months can be seen in the dictionary. We have also tried to apply a date filter to the dictionary and that is not working at all. So we still have the same issue. We want to understand how to get only the November 2024 data that is complete and exclude all the other months. Please advise.
