How to Avoid Duplicate Custom Events in Lexicon Event Overview?

Hello everyone, likely a very basic question but I could not find the answer in any online doc. I created a custom event in the lexicon, I added the description and everything. I now also see this new custom event appearing the in the "events" overview and without any descriptions, as if it was a tracked event and not a calculated one. My expectation would be to only see custom events in the "custom events" section in the lexicon. That also means that i have it duplicated when building analysis (see screenshot). any idea how to avoid that?
