Creating Repeat Cohorts Based on Purchase Events

Is there any way of creating new / repeat cohort on purchase events lets suppose i want define repeat as previous purchasers

if you have an event for "purchase", you can create a cohort of users where the user did "purchase" >1x.

My repeat users for March are those who made a purchase before March and returned in March. Since this applies specifically to March, I want the definition to be dynamic based on the selected filter while creating the view.

Not sure if I fully understand what you’re trying to measure, but you could look for users who did the event more than once, and who have more than two distinct months. That wouldn’t tell you if it was the prior month, but it would tell you that they did an event in one month and did an event in another month
