Understanding the New Functionality to Exclude Incomplete Conversion Windows from Funnel Graphs

so, there's a new functionality to exclude incomplete conversion windows from funnel graphs (which I love btw!) but I'm not sure it's working like I expect; I took this screenshot on the 29th, which is 3 days after the end of the graph, but the conversion window is 1 week... am I missing something?
