Request to Change Project Token Due to Security Incident

Hi, is it possible to change a project token? We have a client that had a security incident thats causing fake data to come in.

Hi Imtiaz! Julianne from Mixpanel Support here. Support can change the project token on our end. Can you have an organization/project owner submit a ticket here requesting the change? It would be helpful if they linked the specific project in the ticket.

Hi all! Thanks for the response. I wanted to note that this is a ticket from the Mixpanel community, which means responses are synced to the public Slack community thread. The Support engineer will work with you on the ticket to determine a good time to make the transition. It should be possible to generate the new token ahead of time and then wait to make the change. I'd recommend submitting a ticket via the webform here to discuss the specifics.
