How to Display Emails and Filter Users in Bar Charts

Hi guys. I got two questions: 1. When I view users of my bar chart, I got id or device id shown. How can I change it to the email address? 2. I try to use "Does not contains" combined with a specific email address host (e.g. hotmail.com (http://hotmail.com)) to filter out all the users using hotmail. But it seems not filter out anything. It seems if I choose DAU on "User Login", the filter works fine - the users with "hotmail.com (http://hotmail.com)" were filtered out. However, if I choose DAU on "All Events", the filter didn't apply. All users, even with "hotmail.con", are included. Is this a bug?
