Mixpanel Data Engineering Playbook and Sprint Cadence Questions
Hi there, we are just getting started on our Mixpanel journey and trying to figure out what our “playbook” looks like I'm interested to know from a few of you
how often are you doing new data engineering work to feed Mixpanel with new events - or generally is this quite rare?
Do you make these changes part of your general sprint process (ours are two weekly, and I’m wondering if that won't be a fast enough cadence especially if we need small tweaks)
Generally are you needing to do small tweaks on the events going in, or usually once you have set them up are they about right?
Would you advise trying to get a faster cadence in the early days while you’re first getting set up? I'm conscious we may make mistakes in the early days
