Has anyone here worked on or managed community-driven game projects using Slack?
I’m curious how teams handle collaboration when a project has lots of contributors, especially for fan-made games. I’ve been looking at how Pokémon Infinite Fusion communities organize things like sprite updates, fusion logic, and calculators, and it made me wonder if Slack is a good fit for that kind of setup.
For example, some Infinite Fusion tools and references I’ve seen Infinite fusion
seem to evolve quickly, which probably requires tight coordination between designers, testers, and contributors. Do you think Slack channels + threads are enough for this, or do teams usually pair Slack with other tools?
Would love to hear real experiences or tips.
