How to Download User Properties from Mixpanel Explained

Hi Team, I had another question. How can I download the user properties from mixpanel. On the dashboard there is an option to download as csv, but that just downloads all users basic data. I want to download every user profiles properties. The data api only provides data of events, not user poperties (atleast I was not able to find out any documentation regarding it)
