Resolving User Profile Visibility Issues in Your App

How can I solve the issue where the users I have on the app are not showing in the user with profiles, I have already done the user profile properties in the SDK and tested it before going live for new user and for old user who use log in and both of them created a user profile. Now I don't see any profiles created from the 53k users only have 28 profiles showing on mixpanel. How can we solve this issue?
