Troubleshooting Ad Data Tracking from Appsflyer to Mixpanel for iOS

Hi! We're looking to track ad data from appsflyer in mixpanel. This appears to work for several camapigns/platforms however for ios on fb we are not seeing attribution. How do we best troubleshoot this?

Hi Ciaran- Julianne from Mixpanel Support here! The Appsflyer integration is built and maintained by Appsflyer, so they would be the best people to start with around the missing data. I'd recommend reaching out to Appsflyer support to confirm that they are sending data for iOS users on facebook to Mixpanel. They have some data restrictions on sharing user-level data with partner integrations, so it would be good to confirm that data is expected to arrive to Mixpanel. If they confirm that they are sending those values to Mixpanel, at that point, I'd recommend opening up a support ticket so that the team can look into your specific case and project.
