Issue with Board Wide Filters Not Applying: Bug or Recent Change?

Board wide filters don’t seem to be applying. Is this a bug? Recent change?

    This feels like it’s almost certainly a bug. The non-date filters apply once saved and you refresh the browser, but not before.
