How to Set Up Mixpanel for a Multi-Region SaaS Product Considering GDPR and Legal Compliance

For one of my B2B Saas Product Customer (I am helping them to setup mixpanel). They have a product which is hosted on 3 region (EU, US and AUS). So same product is hosted on 3 region all have 3 diff URL. In implementation all the data is coming to same mixpanel account (few test events). Is this the right way or how it should be setup. My question's context is w.r..t Legal, GDPR and other local laws.
