Discrepancy in MixPanel Total: 4259 vs. 4652 Explained

Hi guys, I am a bit caught up here, how come MixPanel is showing the wrong total? It shows 4259, but when I calculate each month, total comes out to be 4652. Am I missing out on something?

Are you sure that each user is unique overall? A user might be unique in two months, e.g. Jan and Mar, but overall only unique once
