Allow Users to Set and Edit Daily Sync Time for Connectors Without Recreating Them

I have a small product idea based on recent experience. Currently, when a connector is set to a daily refresh schedule, the sync time is determined by when the initial sync was created and can't be changed later. It would be useful if users could choose the daily sync time during setup and edit it later from the connector settings, instead of having to recreate the connector. Right now, the only workaround is to trigger connector refreshes via the API, which adds unnecessary operational overhead for a fairly common use case.
