Concerns About Verifying and Undoing Changes Made by a Specific Button in Lexicon

so there's this button in my lexicon, which is very tempting to click on, but also I will no be clicking on it because it's completely unclear to me how hard or possible it would be vet any of the changes it makes or undo them if necessary
