Improving Report Interaction: Addressing Unnecessary Save Prompts

I've noticed that when I look at reports sometimes actions that don't actually modify the report (like expanding a named funnel) trigger a "dirty" flag on the report, which prompts me to save it when I move away. Even if I do save it, it still prompts me to save it when I move away... it would be great if I only got this dialogue when there were actual, material changes to the report, not just me clicking around looking at how it was defined
