Improving Exclude Incomplete Periods with Conversion Window Calculation

I just saw you added an Exclude Incomplete Periods option, which is awesome! However, I think this would be more useful if incomplete periods were calculated better: for example, in a funnel report, the incomplete period should be equal to the conversion window, not just the most recent period on the graph; if you have a conversion window of 3 weeks, the last 3 weeks of data are incomplete, not just the last week of data
