Why Does MCP OAuth Page Show Mixpanel Doesn't Recognize This Redirect URL Warning Despite Dynamic Client Registration?

why does the MCP oauth page triggered from my custom mcp client is showing warning message like 'Mixpanel doesn't recognize this redirect URL. Only continue if you trust this app', even though I have registered it via dynamic client registration?
