To exclude a single event in an Insights report when "All Events" is selected, you can use Lexicon to hide the specific event you want to exclude. Here's how to do it:
1. Navigate to your project's Lexicon (found in Data Governance)
2. Find the event you want to exclude from your "All Events" analysis
3. Select the event and click the "Hide" option
4. Confirm hiding the event
Once an event is hidden, it will be excluded from your query results, including when you select "All Events" in your Insights reports. As the documentation states: "Hidden events will be excluded from your query results. For example, it will not be included in 'All Events' and won't appear as an intermediate step in your Flows report." Lexicon: Hiding Data
If you later need to use this hidden event in a specific report, you can still access it by searching for it in the events menu and clicking "Show Hidden Events/Properties" to reveal it.
Note that hiding an event doesn't affect data ingestion - the event will still be collected and count toward your data allowance, but it won't appear in your "All Events" analysis.
