To change the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) mobile phone number for a user in Mixpanel, you have a couple of options:1. The user can change their own MFA method: Users can change their two-factor authentication method, including switching from SMS to an authentication app or vice versa, through their personal settings. Here's how: - Go to settings icon > personal settings > your profile - Click on "Change Method" - Log out and log back in to Mixpanel to start the setup process for the new authentication method2. As an organization admin, you can reset the user's two-factor authentication: - Navigate to the Access Security section within your "Organization Settings" - Click on the 2FA tab - Select the user whose 2FA needs to be reset - Click "Reset Two-Factor Authorization" This will reset their two-factor authentication, allowing them to set up 2FA again the next time they log in. At this point, they can enter a new phone number for SMS authentication if they choose that method. It's important to note that changing the two-factor method will reset it completely.Two-Factor Authentication Resetting Two-Factor Authentication for Users
