Thanks for your help. I checked the data and it shows two Mixpanel libraries: web and JDK. We are not sending data directly from the website(JS) due to a 10% error rate (due to payment issues, page refresh problems etc.), so we use the JDK to send data to Mixpanel. However, if we send data from both the website(JS) and the JDK to Mixpanel, it might result in overlapping calculations. How can we avoid this issue? In fact, the total number of users in the image is not correct, indicating this overlap.

This requires some development work but ensures that the data remains up-to-date. Invite users to the new project with appropriate permissions (Viewer or Analyst) and inform them about their access. Sometimes, Mixpanel may have a delay in showing the latest events, or you might need to refresh the panel to see the latest data. or Double-check the exact name of the event being fired. Ensure that there are no typos or case sensitivity issues. In the Events panel, try variations like "SM-Ad Data", "sm-ad data", or "SM-AD DATA".
