What is everyone's experience with Mixpanel support? They seem to be really slow on responding to tickets and are slowing down our product analytics roadmap

I'm running into an unexpected error related to the Lexicon Schemas API, specifically POST to https://{regionAndDomain}.com/api/app/projects/{projectId}/schemas. Not much information was given except for a generic 500 error.
