Setting Up Hourly Alerts for Event Count Changes

Hi, I have a use-case where I want to setup alert on insights report for total events counts. I want to trigger this alert when the current total events are decreased by 10% than previous weeks same time same day events. Also I want this alert to check for this condition every hour or every minute and then alert me hourly. Is this possible ? Can anyone help!

My current findings are if you can setup alert for weekly comparison but also your alert condition check will also happen then weekly as
for time-series reports, alert query frequency (how often we check if your data matches your alert condition) is determined by the time bucket of your report visualization. For instance, if your chart is hourly, the alert will be checked for at an hourly interval.
