How to Delete or Update Cohorts Efficiently

Does anyone know how to delete Cohorts? Or does anyone know how to automatically update Cohorts instead of creating a new one every time more players come in?

When you use your cohort in a report, it will evaluate the definition of your cohort to include all users it applies to etc, they should automatically update on their own basically.
