Inquiry About Missing Free Replays Feature During Growth Plan

Hello, re- replays - My company is on a growth plan starting from this July. Per the documentation, it says we can have 20k free replays per month. But I don’t see this feature on the User Profile page. Mixpanel reports, or the Home page for any project. What should I do?
