Challenges in Tracking Session Start and End Metrics in App Services

Hello, I would like to measure metrics based on sessions, but while we can capture the sessions, we are unable to determine when a session starts and ends. Is there a reason why this might be happening? We are running an app service and want to measure metrics based on sessions.

Aron K. might be an issue at Mixpanel's end. Are you seeing no session starts in your reports as well? Just go to Insight report, choose session_start, and see if there's data.
