Need Help with Mixpanel Tracking for Customer Profiles via GTM

Hello I have done a mix panel tracking via GTM on the server side, but I am facing a problem: I cannot complete the tracking for the identify. Would someone be able to help me? I have done it before via the web, and it was working automatically. I want to create a customer profile. Would someone be able to help me?
