Do I Need ATT for User Developer ID Tracking in iOS Apps?

Hi i wanted to know, if i am passing in my user's developer id, in my mix panel events, do i need to implement ATT in my iOS App? and if users select dont allow to track in the ATT, i cant track the user's developer id that i am passing in to the event right?
