Comparing User Funnels: App Opens vs. Notification Submissions

I am trying to compare funnels between users who simply open the app and "submit mission" and people who tapped on a notification and submit a mission. But I would like to exclude "tapped on a notification" from "session start" but I don't get how. I also don't need these in the same chart.
