Removing Auth from Custom Webhook Configuration for Cohort Syncs

when we are configuring custom webhook for cohort syncs how do we remove the auth , because when the webhook call happens with this auth : Basic Og==. Please suggest how to remove the auth completely for cohort webhook sync
