Unable to Delete Newly Added Group in Cohort Editing

When I'm editing a cohort, and add a group, there doesn't appear to be any way to delete the newly added group. Here's a screenshot of what I mean:

I haven't worked this out either 😿, I usually just hit cancel and restart.

You have to choose a criteria for the Group first, then you can delete it.

it doesn't make a difference, right? it's just visual clutter

I've tried adding a criteria and while a delete button appears, it only lets you delete the criteria but you still cannot delete the group. Sometimes, incosistently, if I delete it, the group deletes as well, but other times only the criteria gets deleted While it may just be visual cluttter, it's still an odd UI design choice to not be able to delete a group.
