Hi 🙂 I have a funnel where I want to check how many users dropped between two screens in the signup flow. I’m using the screen event in a funnel. The first screen is the home screen of the app and the second screen is the verification screen. The problem I have is that users can go back and forth between those two screens, but i want to know how many unique users visited the first screen and eventually got to the second screen. My question is - should I add the “First time ever” filter on the first step (the home screen)?
Mixpanel do provides to track unique users between 2 steps
Hi Yael A. and Nainik M. I also want to know the exact meaning of unique users, like what does it mean when I am tracking some metrics of events. If I track open_app metric, and other metrics like first_action, second_action, and third_action, and I set unique users for it, so what would it be, when I review it with Breakdown of Time (Week), so meaning, I will see the weekly report of app_open event metric and all other events, and I want to check drop of all the events, like from open_app which lets say it is 100, and then first_action will be 90, second will be 80, and so on. So the point is, how the unique users will be considered to each event of metrics when report is with breakdown of Time(Week). The same user will be considered to all weeks, if the user performed all the events each week, or it will be just considered for only first event? Thanks
