Session Replay Implementation Issues: Accessing and Support Needed

I've implemented session replay on our staging site and I can see the Session Recording Checkpoint events show up in Mixpanel, but other than that I don't know how to access session replay. The description of the buttons doesn't match my interface... am I missing something or is this a case for customer support?

Hey Vlad! 👋 Abby here from the Mixpanel team (I'm one of the PMs supporting Session Replay). I checked your account (Easel, let me know if that's not the right one) -- it looks like you are on a legacy plan which is why you don't see access in your interface to Session Replay. You'll need to upgrade your account to a more recent plan to get access -- let me know and I can put you in touch with our team to start that process.

It was indeed my plan not being the latest. Pricing page was giving an hint, not the plan details page.

Abby B. I really like the Replays interface. Is there a way to link the events shown in the timeline with the actual recorded events and see all the properties?

I can see events (i.e. Report) to replays, not the other way round.
