Troubleshooting Incorrect Avg Time Values for Page Duration Measurement

I see crazy values that cant be right when I try and set up avg time on each page. What am I doing wrong? The property "Duration" is the out of the box one with the description "The duration between 2 instances of this event. This works best for events that occur continuously during a session such as Page View or Screen View." The session avg is looking normal.

I was going to ask the exact same thing. So my problem is that there is some article/pages that skew the result because they only have 1 event, and that event has a huge number (maybe the user stoppet mid-session and came back later to complete the event, or something like that). It would be solvable if there was a way to exclude pages/articles with under X number of events from the report. Do anyone relate to this?

I ended up setting my own ekstra page view with timings since last page in GTM
