Currently, the Session Replay feature is not supported for the React Native SDK in Mixpanel. The primary focus for the Mixpanel team is to get native iOS and Android up and running. After both native platforms are fully supported, they plan to begin work on cross-platform support. Unfortunately, there are no specific timelines available for when this feature will be available for React Native.

I have some good news, we are planning to launch it within the coming weeks to all organisations. We will be sure to include this announcement in our Product Changelog! I would recommend subscribing to it so you get an update the second it becomes available.
In the meantime if your team would like to get familiar with the source code, you can access that here. However, you're not able to implement this just yet, just so you're aware.
