Is there a way to add, remove, or modify Mixpanel events and properties without involving code, using a UI interface?

Hi Nadav, Mixpanel is event-based and requires an implementation in general to work. The recommendation is to invest some dev time in the implementation to get the best results. You can autotrack pageviews automatically: https://docs.mixpanel.com/docs/tracking-methods/sdks/javascript#tracking-page-views Profiles and Profile properties can be added via the UI in the Users section or the profile itself
