Understanding Retention Reports: Key Insights and Calculations

Hi, I've read in the Docs that when using the retention report for calculation of the sum of a specific property on a time period passed from event in step 1 to event on step 2, the number I see on the report table is the average per user. How can I get the total sum of it?

Hi David- Julianne from Mixpanel Support here. You can see the total sum per time interval (ie day) by changing the report to a Line chart. This would allow you to see the sum rather than the average shown in the Retention Curve. Inline Attachment: image.png
