I ask because that functionality is only available to Enterprise plans (you can reference the docs here). I can connect you with a person in sales that could discuss a enterprise plan trial to see if that is feasible.
In case you meant exporting data out of Mixpanel and into Snowflake, you can actually create a trial export pipeline while in the free plan. You can see the details here.
