How to Track Users Experiencing Events Multiple Times

Hi there, I would like to record when a user experiences the same event X times within a certain time period, how can I do that?

Concretely, I would like to record when a user experiences 30 end_of_call events within 14 days. I have tried to define a custom event. However I can't seem to require that this custom event be triggered only when the 30 end_of_call events are from the same user ie have the same Distinct ID

You can use the cohort feature for this. That will record when a users does X >y times in Z period of time. You can then report on the cohort
