Issue Deleting User Data: You Do Not Have Required Scope(s) Error

I am encountering an issue when trying to delete user data from a project. Whether I attempt to do this via the panel (Organization Settings > Data & Privacy > Request Deletion) or through the API, I receive the same error: "You do not have the required scope(s) for this request." This is surprising to me because I am an admin for both the project and the entire organization, so performing this action as a logged-in user should not be encountering any issues. Could you please assist me in resolving this? Thank you!
