Tracking Daily User Engagement in Events for Analytics

is there a way to tell how many users are performing different actions (events) daily? like how many users are doing x event daily for the past x number of days. not uniqued by day, but by user. example - i want to say “we have 100 users that have posted 2x daily for the past 30 days”

You can create a cohort. Go to the users section, set the filter where they did an event >=“X” times (your threshold) and then stack another filter where the event has an aggregated property for time (day) with count of distinct days = Y (number of days you care).
