Optimizing Mixpanel MTU: User Sampling for Two Projects

Hi All ! We' would like to sample the volume of Users on two projects because we don't need data exaustivity and want to optimize the volume of Mixpanel MTU on these two projects. Has anyone had a chance to work on this? Is this done on the web-app side ? Many thanks 🙏
