How to Exclude a Cohort from Reporting in Your Analytics Tool

Hi all, Perhaps i'm doing something wrong, but I am having issues excluding a cohort from a report. My users have a property clinic . I have created a cohort of clinics that I do not want to include in my reporting. When creating a report in the filters I am adding this cohort to Not In. However, when you look at the table you can see one of the clinics I added in the filter. If not like this, how can I exclude them from the report?
