Hey everyone, I'm a little stuck with an issue with Funnels.
I'm trying to see how many web pages people view before signing up to my site. So I've set up a funnels report that breaks down the funnel by frequency by user with events:
1. Page View
2. Sign Up
However, I'm seeing "0 times" as the most common number of page views before signing up, which, when diving into these users is factually incorrect and wouldn't make sense.
The conversion criteria is set to Within 7 Days - again this doesn't impact anything by increasing and it would still be strange not to have page views within this time period.
Does anyone have any suggestions for what I could do to fix this?
