Confusion in Mixpanel User Data: Seeking Clarification on Discrepancies

Hey, nice to join the community! I noticed something “wierd” in Mixpanel today, so I thought maybe someone here might be able to help! I was checking how many unique users we have had in last 12 months months in our app (using event “Open app”, unique users, last 12 months). I had breakdown by country, and showing all countries in a table, not just top 12 that is the standard setting. Overall number shows let’s say 100K users (not real numbers). I took out a CSV export, and started looking at numbers in more detail, and noticed that the total number in CSV export is a lot higher, let’s say 150K users. Does anyone know what is causing this difference? Furthermore, I chanced the view to a pie chart, and in the pie chart I had third, different number, let’s say 120K. 😅 So now I am a bit confused what numbers to trust in Mixpanel. Has anyone encountered anything similar and might know what is causing the difference in numbers?
