Request for Project and Organization-Wide Auto-Applied Filters

I would LOVE to have project-wide and/or organization-wide Filters that are auto-applied to every dashboard at the project/org level. Currently, I have to recreate the same Filters for every dashboard.

my specific use case would be excluding certain user activity (such as the devs or product managers accessing the site in order to make sure everything works correctly)

but also not fully excluding it (because sometimes they want to test that the tracking is working correctly)

This would be a good use case. Toggle project-wide filter on/off for testing.

in theory the devs and product managers could test in staging, but in practice that's impossible to enforce; for one, some things are just very hard/impossible to test in staging; additionally, when the "testing" looks exactly like legitimate traffic it's really hard to enforce that in any way, devs and product managers are going to reach for the easiest tool, and that's going to the website to see if the change they just deployed works as expected (or to try an reproduce a bug a user just reported)
