Defining Metrics Format for Accurate Percentage Calculations

For the metrics, can we define the metrics format, and type, for example, some time you want to do some percentage calculation, but it comes out as a decimals not percentage. And also, you want the currency code if you do revenue calculations.

You can use this new menu to change it when building a report, and similarly you can specify this for properties too via Lexicon (eg so that any percentage properties have % and any monetary properties have $ etc).
